Sanitize the glass jar with the sanitiser.
Put 1 tbsp sanitiser and fill the jar with water. Let it sit for 15 min. After 15 min, swirl the jar and throw away the water.
Pour the fruit juice into the glass jar. Make sure you have not filled the glass jar fully. Keep some headroom for the juice to bubble up.

Mix up the sugar powder with some juice/water in a separate bowl. After the sugar is mostly dissolved, add it in the jar.
Put a sanitized finger on the grommet, and shake the jar up for 30 seconds to thoroughly mix the sugar syrup with the juice.
You should use the entire bag even if you are making a smaller amount.

Put the lid on the jar, fit the airlock in the lid grommet. Gently push the airlock in the silicon grommet to make it fit.
Remove the hole punched cap from the Airlock.Fill water in the airlock till it’s half-full. Place the hole punched cap back on the top.
Also be sure to write down the date and time you made it as well.
Place the jar in a dark and warm place. Ideal temp. should be about 24-30 degree celsius.
